Working out 4-5 times a week - mostly weight lifting.
I practice intermittent fasting, and consider food as fuel instead of a treat. I eat mostly unprocessed food -- veggies and low fat proteins, minimal carbs and sugar. I’m not a fitness instructor, I don't give professional advices, everyone’s different.
And yes 6 days a week my diet is boring, but personally I find more satisfaction in drinking wine and looking amazing in a thigh dress than eating dessert.
