Would appreciate some advice / help on hanging a frame with an off center sawtooth hanger

I recently bought a few frames for some art prints, only to realize that the pre-installed horizontal sawtooth hanger is off center. Trying to hang the frames results in them tipping to the side quite hazardously.

Is it normal for hanging hardware to be installed off center or am I missing something? For the record, I'm using Command sawtooth hooks to hang them.

I've considered buying some frame hanging hardware to replace the pre-installed one, but the frame bezels are made out of plastic and are way too narrow to support anything of that sort. Even Command narrow hanging strips are too wide for bezels. The backing of the frame is very thin which most likely can't handle any type of hardware that requires screws or nails to mount onto the frame (pre-installed sawtooth hardware use a "punch in" like design?).

Seems like my options are very limited if I have any at all.

Would appreciate any advice / suggestions. Thanks in advance!
