Thanks to whoever posted the hi res image of Harry's board, I can now analyse every single piece of paper on it in full definition.

If anyone missed my original comment : https://www.reddit.com/r/Rainbow6/comments/arcntg/this_is_harry_the_new_six/egmdrxv/?context=3

And the post in question:

feel free to follow along if you want.

Now prepare for an absolute wall of information with no TL;DR!

The Right Hand Side

I'm going to start in the top right hand corner near the "project R6 vision" note.

Underneath it, are multiple images of greek architecture and artefacts, as well as a floor plan for an area.

The list of notes above it are all the operators in R6 classified as follows:

Soft breach: Ash, Sledge, Buck, Zofia, Glaz

Hard Breach: Thermite, Hibana, Maverick

Anti Hard Breach: Mute, Bandit, Kaid

Disable: Thatcher, Twitch, IQ, Maverick

Shield: Monty, Tachanka, Blitz, Clash, Blackbeard

Trap: Nomad, Frost, Lesion, Kapkan, Alibi, Ela

Area Denial: Capitao, Smoke, Fuze, Maestro, Gridlock

Covering Fire: Glaz, Tachanka, Blackbeard

Intel: Dokkaebi, Jackal, Lion, Twitch, IQ, Mira, Valk, Caveira, Alibi, Maestro, Clash, Pulse, Lesion, Echo, Mozzie

Anti Intel: Dokkaebi, Caveira, Vigil, Mute, Alibi, Mozzie

Anchors: Castle, Doc, Echo, Mira, Maestro, Rook, Tachanka

Buff: Doc, Rook, Finka

Flank: Ash, Dokkaebi, Sledge, IQ, Capitao, Buck, Fuze, Zofia, Maverick

Roam: Caveira, Jager, Bandit, Ela, Alibi, Pulse, Vigil, Valk, Lesion

Anti Roam: Dokkaebi, Echo, Jackal, Mira, Maestro, Rook, Tachanka

Secure: Castle, Mute, Smoke, Jager, Bandit, Echo Mira, Maestro, Clash, Kaid, Mozzie

Crowd Control: Ying, Nomad, Zofia, Ela, Frost, Echo, Lesion, Lion, Clash, Blitz, Gridlock

Frontline: Ash, Blitz, Capitao, Hibana, IQ, Twitch, Ying, Zofia

Backline: Blackbeard, Thatcher, Thermite, Twitch, Maverick, Glaz, Hibana, Finka, Lion

The most interesting thing about these lists is the fact that Ash, Dokkaebi, Castle, Doc, and Caveira are Consistently circled in a red Rectangle. Thatcher is circled once, in disable, and Blackbear is circled once, in backline. If we assume that Blackbeard being circled is a mistake and Thatcher, directly below him was supposed to be circled, then the 6 operators mentioned in my previous comment are all circled, making the evidence for a story featuring these 6 more concrete.

Going to the 2 graphs below these lists, we see that they are analysing psychological capability and team compositions. What is definitely important here are the 2 notes to the right. The one at the back reads:

5 weeks. Is it feasible? I have my 6 operators, so wk1 selection, wk 2-3 scenarios, wk4 break and final prep.

Week 5 is obscured by the other note. I believe that the opening scene to the hammer and nail short was one of the "scenarios" mentioned.

The other note is even more interesting:

Asset forfeiture can bankroll the initiative. Might as well put the white mask bank accounts to good use.

What the hell does this mean? What asset forfeiture? I'm assuming the "initiative" is the thing with the operators, but what are the white mask bank accounts? Accounts set up specifically for funds to deal with these terrorists? Or are they accounts funded by them?

Left Hand Side

This is the R&D section of the board. Directly above the note that has "R&D" written on it, we see a blueprint for ash's M120 CREM Launcher. Next to it we see a list of all the available secondary gadgets in the game, split into 3 categories, Electronical, Mechanical, and Physical. The smoke grenade and barbed wire are circled, and a new gadget, the Proximity alarm is listed.

Above that is a blue print for an unknown gadget. There is a picture of what looks like molecules or cells, with an arrow pointed at a concrete pillar, so I don't think it's Finka's nano bots. The image of fire near it might suggest it's a blueprint for themite's charges, or another one of his experiments. Or it could be a hint at something story wise.

Directly to the left of the R&D note, is an obscured message on a scrap of paper, that mentions Vigil, Mira, and Dane. Possible name for the danish operator? Most likely. Going further left we see blueprints for Mute's Jammer and IQ's RED, underneath which is a diagram outlining the functionality of Jager's ADS.

Directly to the right of the R&D note is an orange piece of paper showing a prototype for the new deployable shield showcased at the invitational. It's an idea that was originally submitted to this subreddit. It could also be an old design from when the game was in alpha.

The red sticky note on the R&D note says: Add Lesion and Pulse into CRBN Threat unit.

Below at the bottom, are a blueprint of Jager's ADS, called magpie, an image of Pulse's heartbeat detector, possible concept art, and 2 images of a bomb, and a defuser. They are both labelled bomb simulation device, and the defuser image has Scenario #17 Faulty defuser written on it.

Most of the images of operators are promotional images or beta images.

TL Attack (and surrounding area/operators)

(quick note: the strings connecting people are relationships. Green string for good relationship, Blue/aqua for neutral relationship, red for bad relationship. This applied to all operators.)

(Another note: each team leader has a small note near them listing 3 personality traits. Castle's is the only one I can't find. I will refer to these as the personality notes)

Thatcher:He has a yellow note to the left of him that reads as follows:

Baker lives aboard the "Iron Maggie" A boat in drydock that he repairs in his spare time. It's his "retirement plan" I suspect he moved there when his wife divorced him, but now he knows no other civilian home. [...]

His personality note reads: Traditional, Hands-on, Blue collar

He is connected to what people have speculated to be sledge via a note the says "Best Mates"

He is connected to Nomad via a note that says respect/new friends

He is connected to Ash via battlefield respect

He is connected to Dokkaebi via age difference.

He is connected to Lion via open dislike

Hibana is connected via "Thatcher is a mentor figure"

He has political differences with Clash. (Clash = left, Thatcher = right), as well as differences in training (police/military). Harry describes them as 2 pots boiling over.

Maestro has an admiration for Thatcher.

His connection with Castle is obscured by Harry's hair

He is connected to Lesion via the word "tough"

Good relationships: Sledge, Nomad, Hibana, Maestro, Ash, Castle.

Bad relationships: Lion, Lesion, Clash

Ash:

Large note describing her as confident

Her personality note reads: Aggressive, No-nonsense, Overly Confident

Ash and Caveira "love hunting each other". There is another note the reads: "The way Ash and Caveira go out of their way to hunt each other is frightening, but of mutual respect.

She has exchanged technical expertise with Fuze

She is allies with Ying

"Sibling type relationship" with Thermite

Her connection with Castle is partially obscured by Harry's hair, but the word bond is visible. (there is also a note near that says "germans and russians won't like this comp")

Her connection with Doc is "Different methods, Mutual respect"

Her connection with Dokkaebi is obscured by the strings but I can make out: "Dok is too young, Ash is too serious". I'm not sure about young and serious, they could be something else.

Connected to Tachanka via "Grudging respect"

A red string connects her to something behind Harry's back

Good relationships: Thermite, Castle, Doc, Caveira, Thatcher, Ying

Neutral Relationships: Fuze, Tachanka

Bad relationships: 1 unknown (behind Harry's back)

Dokkaebi:

Small note next to Dokkaebi reads: "Dokkaebi is intimidated by Caveira and Caveira knows it. She's going to have to learn how to hold her own."

Her personality note reads: Playful, Reckless, Frustrated

Another note reads: "What is a Dokkaebi?"

Dokkaebi is the only operator connected by white strings. I have no idea what they could signify. She's connected to Thatcher, Ash and Hibana. Her connection to Hibana reads as: "Sibling type impatience"

She's connected to Doc via "Mutual Optimism"

She's connected to Echo via "Collaboration" (I'm assuming. It's partially obscured.)

She's connected to vigil via "misdirected suspicion"

She's connected to Caveira by the note mentioned above.

Good relationships: Doc, Echo

White Relationships: Thatcher, Ash, Hibana

Bad Relationships: Vigil, Caveira

The rest of the operators/board:What is speculated to be sledge is connected to Thacher. Also has "Resourceful" on a note near him. I want to point out that it is still speculation that this man could be Sledge. It could just as easily be any other attacker that Thatcher is "best mates" with. The newspaper above Thatcher and this man that I speculated might be about smoke and his use of gas grenades in a siege situation, due to smoke's image being present, is clear enough to make out "SAS free 19, Five Killed" in the top corner. I no longer thing this piece is a critique on smoke's abilities, but rather A report on a recent siege situation involving the SAS.

Nomad is visible, on top of an image of her travel diary. She's connected to Thatcher. Always hopeful is written near her.

Ying is connected to Ash. Her image is on top of a map of China, with a circle around Hong Kong, most likely her current location.

Hibana is connected to Thatcher and Dokkaebi. A note next to her reads: Inspiring.

Underneath is an image of Blitz. Interestingly, he's wearing his Elite skin. He's connected to Castle. Next to him is the word: "Resilient". Underneath is a map of Germany, but no exact location is given.

Twitch is connected to Doc. The word next to her reads Intuitive.

Lion is below her, and connected to Thatcher and Doc via bad relationships. The note underneath him reads: "Tension between Specialist Pichon, Kateb, and specialist Flament via ...... event. Need them to shake ...... Can't continue like this. I trust ........ get in the way of operations ......... to be certain." Pichon is Twitch, Kateb is Doc, and Flament is Lion.

Above Harry's head are picture of Thermite and Fuze, both connected to Ash. Fuze had the word "Conviction" next to him.

At the bottom of this area of the board is a map of Australia with nothing on it.

Next to is is a map of what look like Scandinavia. (Jutland? anyone? I'm not good with European geography). A not on it reads: "Expert in covert reconnaissance and stealth tactics. Ability to blend and adapt into the environment." I'n guessing on that last sentence as it is covered by a photo of what looks like a bridge. The most interesting thing on this map is the image of a person that has their face obscured by a sticky note that says "calculative". Danish operator anyone?

To the right of that are a series of images. One of Zofia, One of Buck, One of Finka and Tachanka taken from Outbreak. Another one that looks like it is from Ghost recon: Wildlands. What's most interesting here is the note. I can't make it out completely, so some words might be wrong, but it reads as follows: " "They start with hard men. We start with smart/cognizeut (?) operators." JTF2 operates to prosecute the offenders. Spetinez operators kills them with extra prejudice. This cultural dissonance is only going to grow. I need to create common ground between opposite shores like this." This is completely out of the blue and in no way related to anything else on the board. So many questions can be raised from this. Who are the offenders? Who is that quote from? We will probably never find out. Unless this is a hint to an event coming far later in the year.

TL Defend (and surrounding area/operators)

Castle:Connected to Doc via the word "friendly"

Connected to Blitz via "professional colleagues"

Connected to Ash and Thatcher as mentioned above.

Interestingly, there is no name specifically noting this picture as Castle. I'm assuming it's him based on other various hints given on the board and in the short.

And that's it. That's all we got about him. There is a note behind him, but it is obscured by the overhead light.

Good relationships: Doc, Blitz, Ash, Thatcher

Doc:

There is a map of France underneath him, with no exact location given.

A large note next to him reads: "genuinely altruist"

His personality note reads: Altruist, Empathetic, Passionate

Connected to Ash, Castle, and Dokkaebi as mentioned above.

Connected to Twitch via a note: "Mutual reverence for life"

Connected to Lion via "philosophical odds". Partly obscured, so I'm guessing its philosophical.

Underneath the map of France is a newspaper clipping that reads: "The massacre that never was: Saving the day". The content of the article is Lorem Ipsum.

Caviera:

Her Personality note reads: Brutal, Anti-social personality disorder, Quiet

Underneath her is a map of south america with pictures of BOPE forces on it.

She's connected to Ash and Dokkaebi as mentioned before.

She's connected to Capitao via the word "dislike"

She's conencted to Valkyrie via "personality clash"

She's connected to Echo via "Equally blunt/Respect"

Similar to Castle, there is no name under her portrait, However there is more concrete evidence on the board that this is in fact, Caveira.

There is a yellow note to here right that I can't make out fully, as it is obscured and hard to read. What I can make out is as follows: "In the [Lastname] Household, the eldest Child .... after the youngest ...... children worked to ...... Nobody brought in more ....... might have become a ....... had she not been ..... before a youth court ..... potential. ..... greasepaint mask and intimidation ... unique and a way to separate herself ... sometimes". This appears to be an excerpt from her psychological profile in her Bio.

Good relationships: Ash

Neutral relationships: Echo

Bad relationships: Valk, Capitao, Dokkaebi

The rest of the board/operators:

Maestro is connected to Thatcher.

Echo is connected to Dokkaebi and Caveira

Valk is connected to Caviera

Capitao is connected to Caviera, and has the word "Dedicated" next to him.

Tachanka is connected to Ash, and has "The lord" next to him. There is also a scrap of newspaper and a map of Russia Underneath him, with no exact location. A note above him reads: "The Russians have lodged a formal complain about not being picked as captains. I'll need to smooth over some ruffled feathers here"

To his left is Clash, who's connected to Thatcher. The newspaper underneath her is from 2011 and reads : "Crisis at Bartlett, A Day of Mourning". I'm assuming a few thing here as her image obscure the full headline.

Down the bottom, we have another map of south america with multiple pictures, and 2 notes. One reads "Antiques Trafficking!", and the other reads, "Cross-check with Capitao Anti-drug operations for common ground". Lesion is also here, and connected to Thatcher. Could lesion possibly be following the trafficking leads in south america?

To the left, we find an image of Vigil, who's connected to Dokkaebi, on top of a map that has east Asia circled with a question mark on it. Whereabouts unknown?

Behind Harry's Elbow we can see half an image of Mira, who is the most likely candidate for Ash's unknown bad relationship, as it has been known in the past. The reason is still unknown.

To the right of Lesion's picture we see a document that is redacted, although the few visible word show us that the writing is just Lorem Ipsum again. The notes on top read "Member of the elite Presidential protection division" and "secret services". This is the secret service operator we're getting this year.

Conclusion

The entire board appears to be a layout for Harry to analyse the relationships between his 6 chosen team leaders, and the rest of Rainbow. However, not all the operators are visible on the board. So I believe that the ones that are have been chosen specifically to fit into these 6 teams that Harry is trying to set up, based on their relationships with the leaders, and their abilities and gadgets. Based on the notes to the right of the board, we have about 4 weeks until whatever he's preparing for would happen. We have documents on the board also mentioning a new danish operator and a new operator coming from the secret service, both of which are confirmed for season 2. We also have a small amount of information about the danish operator, making him sound like Caveira, but more techy. We also have a pretty decent image of his shoulders.

The thing that intrigues me the most is this clash between the JTF2 and the Spetznaz. No other mention of it anywhere, even on the board, and it sounds pretty serious, with the JTF2 wanting to put a mysterious "offender" behind bars and the Spetznaz wanting to kill them outright, you'd think this might be worth more than just a small piece of paper right at the bottom but no. I guess we'll have to see if we get more information in the future.

So, that's it. The entire board, analysed. Please, add things I may have missed, even though it doesn't seem like I have. I'm sorry for the absolute wall of text with no pictures, I just wanted to get this out as soon as possible. I'll try and get close up pictures of everything I'm referencing if I'm not to busy.
