Has anyone else seen this? What is it

Last night. Its was 630ish. I was walking to my friends house to place some COD it was raining so I chose to take a bike trail it being more direct. I dont even understand really how to put it in to words that doesnt sound like a joke ml. There's this patch on the bike trail that gets a good amount of water when it rains, i say bout 3 5 inches. In bout, 15 yards from the trail was what I can only describe as lookin like an elderly woman round her late 60s maybe mid 70s, carrying a railroad tie. It made no since how could she carry this. She hadn't see me yet so I just watched. She had belly button length hair, all napped up and tangled. I couldn't see her face, her mannerisms and beings said she was old, but she lifted this wood with no effort. She was walking way from the trail and then I saw it. Must have been at least 20 feet tall. A piece of art. is what I guess you could call it. Twas a tree made out of all sorts of lumbar planks held together by abnormally long nails with diameter of an inch . Fore she got to it she reached down and grabbed some planks from the base of it she held what must of been 80+ pounds. In lumbar with one arm, with the other she grabbed the tree and climbed up it with quickness of a squirrel. I lost sight of her for it was mighty dense with branches. When I assume she reached the top I could see a red light glowing, and it pulsated. Then within. 3 seconds of going up she was right back down. But now she was looking at me. Or I assume she was, I couldn't see her eyes , or really any of her face because of the darkness and hair. She then started chanting something. It was English. But if I had to use English to imitate. " Goran goran kieperiz DIE DIE!" She most have chanted it 3 or 4 times before I snapped out of it. And ran. Something about the words/sounds entranced me and put me in a place of peace within myself. I ran to my friends house and didnt tell him what I saw In fear he would think me mad. Does anyone know what this chant cod have been, any similar experiences or maybe folklore?
