Amida Kono — Hatsu: Divine Skill

Name: Amida Kono

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Height: 6'2"

Description: Amida has what most would describe as a perfect body. He is absolutely shredded and muscular. At the same time he has a very low body fat percentage and his muscles are not so big that they are obscene or overbearing. His build screams that he is a fighter and that he is someone who has spent an uncountable amount of time honing his body to absolute perfection. For reference, his body is similar to that of Garous from one punch man and he could be described as looking like a Baki character, if Baki characters had normal proportions. Every muscle on his body is perfectly defined and chiseled as if he was a statue. He is very vascular. He has dark brown eyes and very dark brown hair. His hair is wild and unkept and is in strands similar to pitous hair, but less organised.

Bio: Amida was born in a developing country. His life was very rough and full of conflict, however he at least was not in full poverty. At a very very young age (6 years old roughly) he picked up an interest in fighting, most likely as a coping mechanism to the rest of his life. His skill and enthusiasm for fighting became aparant quickly and he sought out street fights with other kids, that eventually led him to underground martial arts fights.

Even as a small child his potential and skill at martial arts was insane. He very quickly shot up through the ranks and enrolled in many martial arts classes. As he became slightly older he chose his classes more critically, and picked all the real grounded martial arts over the spiritual ones, such as MMA, BJJ, muai thai and more. He became masters of everything he tried eventually and won small time tournaments for them too.

At the age of 11 something incredible happened; he subconsciously awakened a hatsu. He was a "nen genius" in the official definition, just like komugi or neon. (the hatsu will be described in bellow section) After this his skill snowballed. He almost instantly outclassed any opponent he could find. Anyone at any normal dojo or school was nothing. That is, untill he found heavens arena. He spent a year at heavens arena before he reached the point where he needed to learn nen. Luckily an important person had noticed his talent and determination and when the time came, gave him an oppertunity to learn nen. After advancing a bit in heavens arena, he left to become a Hunter.

As a Hunter, he hunted all manor of martial arts, fighting techniques and body skills. During his travels and meeting many martial artists, a non insignificant amount of them praised Amidas skills as being almost godly. As if his skill had been blessed by the heavens. (meta note: this is a real thing that happened to swordsmen irl. They could attain the title of "swort saint" which meant that they where recognised to have divine sword skills and where invincible under the heavens). In his travels he also became an expert (not a master by any means) at using a variety of basic weapons including knives, swords, spears, and staffs. His hatsu DOES apply to using weapons.

Amidas goal is to become the greatest fighter in the world. Unrivaled under the heavens in all martial arts. He will complete this goal even if it takes him his entire life.

It is important to note, despite how talented he was, he was also INCREDIBLY determined and driven. He worked extremely hard every day and sought the best help he could manage to get. He treats his body as his temple and works his absolute hardest to perfect it in every way.

TL;DR: He likes fighting and is a nen genius who subconsciously developed a hatsu while fighting.

Nen Category: Enhancer

Hatsu:

Divine Skill (Enhancement):

This hatsu gives Amida minor precognition for his opponents moves and shows him the best moves to use against his opponent in real time. The best way to describe it is that it is literally exactly the same as Komugis hatsu, except instead of for gungi it is for fighting. The way this is visualized in Amidas mind (Komugi had bubbles) is that he can see a glowing red silhouette of the move his opponent is about to make. He can also see yellow silhouettes of any moves his opponent could have made. He can then see a green silhouette of himself that shows the perfect way to counter the move the opponent is going to make, usually there are multiple green silhouettes as there are almost always multiple ways to counter. Sometimes (rarely now a days) he can see a purple silhouette of himself; this is a move that he has currently never used before or hasn't learned yet. Upon performing the move, he will then have learned it, and next time the silhouette will be green.

He doesn't just see one move ahead either, he can see the next multiple moves an opponent will make. How many moves he can see depends on the skill of the opponent and how well they can hide what they are doing, a novice he can basically see the entirety of a fight before it even begins, but against someone of skill comparable to his own he may only be able to see one or two moves ahead. He will ALLWAYS be able to see at least one move ahead no matter what.

This hatsu can be related to many other abilities in anime, such as the sharingan from naruto or observation haki from one piece. It works by enhancing his brain and eyes subconsciously to calculate the moves based off of the tiniest of details such as how an opponents muscles are twitching or how they are leaning etc. It hasn't been wrong before.

It should be noted that while the hatsu can alert him to any attack, that doesn't mean he is actually able to avoid it. If someone faster than him attempts to punch him, Amida will see the attack coming, but if he has no way to counteract the speed difference he will still just get hit. Because the ability does work for more than one move in a row, he usually sets himself up in ways using martial arts skills/stances so that a speed advantage will be nullified.

This was mentioned in his bio, but this hatsu DOES work when using weapons. If his opponent has a sword, the silhouette will have a sword, if he has a gun the silhouette will have a gun and shoot silhouette bullets.

This hatsu is completely subconscious and active at all times. He can't turn it off. Even for something silly like if he drops a kitchen knife, he will see what the knife is going to do and be able to catch it perfectly. Because of this subconsciousness, the hatsu requires no effort or work to maintain. This allows Amida to focus 100% of his training on physical skills, such as his body, his enhancement skills, and his martial arts.

Other Skills And Nen: Amida is an absolute master at martial arts and fighting. Very few people in the world even come close and he is only 18. His hatsu combined with real world fighting accelerated this learning process exponentially.

Due to not needing to ever train hatsu, he has had lots of extra time to train everything else. His enhancement skill is ridiculously high, comparable to Uvogins. Their is a key difference however, Amida focuses purely on raw kinetic strength instead of energy attacks. Uvogins big bang impact disintegrates a large crater around wherever he punches which has insane damage potential, however if for comparison Amida hit the ground with the strongest punch he could muster, it wouldn't disintegrate anything and would just cause a huge thud and probably crack open the ground like how when Sakura from naruto punches the ground. This is because as stated before, Amida doesn't use energy attacks and focuses all his nen on just being pure kinetic energy. (aka if he punches you in the chest, you won't be atomised but you'll just die from pure blunt force trauma).

Amida is incredibly fast. Speed is one of the most important things to any martial artist, and so Amida has trained his speed constantly to an insane level. His speed is his no. 1 greatest physical attribute (proportionately/relatively his speed is the best out of his speed/strength/endurance/durability). His speed is super important to ensure he can use his hatsu to its fullest potential. Bullets are nothing to Amida and he can dodge them in his sleep. Many non combat nen users would just get hopelessly speed blitzed the instant a battle started if they where to fight him.

He has very good aura controll. His aura is pinpoint precise and Amida incorperates aura controll into his martial arts. Every training movement he does he moves his aura through his body with it. Due to this extreme training his ren is quite perculiar. It sticks to his body like a skin tight suit and flows with him as he moves. If you observe him while he throws a punch you will see the aura move in specialized patterns around his chi paths and paths of energy in his body to precisely move to where it needs to be. It appears as if he doesn't even need to move his nen, it just acts as a part of his body that moves as he moves anything else. Due to this insane skill he has honed, almost any nen ability he witnesses that uses only aura shapeing he can replicate just by viewing it.

His durability is incredible compared to most nen users, however compared to other master enhancers it may not be as good. It's still very good and not a "weakness" but if you put him next to say Uvogin, Uvogin would be more durable a small but noticable amount. This slight short coming is due mainly because he spends lots of time training his speed and martial arts, where as someone like Uvogin would spend much more time focusing purely on durability.

Amida has incredible endurance. He never skips cardio ofc, and he trains in low oxygen environments. He spends a MINIMUM of 8 hours a day training his other physical skills anyway, so all that training just naturally increases his endurance a crap ton.

Lastly, Amidas body is pushed to the limit of what a human body can achieve (without nen). His physique is perfect and he has a mastery over his own body. He doesn't know any specific "techniques" per say, like killuas nail growth or rhythm echo, however he is so far above that, that he could just casually perform those moves if he tried to.

Combat Style: Amida is obviously a very physical fighter. He will always attempt to speed blitz an opponent if it is possible. He has such a vast knowledge of so many martial arts that he can counter effectively any physical attack. Additionally his insane physical strength and speed means he can one shot many weaker nen users (ie: someone like Bill from the manga who struggled to stop a bullet would get demolished). He isn't needlessly cruel or anything and he does show mercy. He doesn't really have any kind of honor code, but if his opponent is clearly trying to be honorable then Amida will be too. He is very crafty and super experienced in combat, not much will surprise him and he can push through most hardship or any pain/damage he receives (eg: if he lost an arm he could just keep fighting without flinching, at least for a bit). If he needs a ranged attack he will just throw objects. As an enhancer he has good affinity for emission. He has trained emission a bit, but not very much. He really can't be effective past medium range. (unless his opponent isn't a nen user, in that case he can just yeet any normal rock kilometers away if he wants). Amida never carries weapons, if he has access to one and he deems it worthwhile to use it then he has no qualms about using one and will gladly do so.

Amidas biggest weakness (and its a huge weakness) is that he has no hax abilities, and is only a physical fighter. Because of this, conjurers, manipulators and specialists can pose a major threat. If Amida is fighting one of these, or anyone with a strange nen ability, his number one priority will be to not let whatever ability they have touch him. He will dodge any attack instead of parrying/tanking and he will try to get a clean hit/ko on his opponent as soon as possible. Additionally he will try to remain silent as to not reveal any info about himself. As info and touch are both very commonly used in complex abilities, if he can avoid both then he will minimize risk to himself.

His physical only nature is what stops Amida from being fully OP. He could be taken out in an infinite number of non strait forward ways that he would have no defence against.

This was pretty long so I probs forgot to write some stuff I wanted too. If you need any clarification feel free to ask :).
