does anyone know of any way to make something like this as a stl to print

So i have done a few of these nail/string art pieces before and they turn out great but getting all the nails in the right spots and all the same height is a PITA i was thinking there has to be a way to 3d print the "frame" with the post already there but besides manually creating each post i can't think of a good way to generate it it would especially helpful to figure out a way to do text
