Dual Dokkan fest concept time!
While Episode of Bardock leaves a lot to be desired, it did give us Super Saiyan Bardock animated, so it at least has that going for it. And while there are good Super Saiyan Bardock cards, the only good ones are support which doesn't seem to fit
if I'm making Bardock why not make the enemy that made him go Super Saiyan in the first place too? Going to admit my bias though, I totally made sure Bardock was better than Chilled, at least while transformed cause that fits
And since all Dual Dokkan fests also introduce 1-2 new general pool SSRs per banner I decided to add some semi-related characters. Xenoverse characters for Bardock, and Frieza lackies for Chilled, all characters that need better cards(At least of the forms they start in)
And the Planet Trade Organization category is basically any character that is part of the Cold, Cooler or Frieza Forces. A kind of expanded Wicked Bloodline category but with some notable exceptions like no Metal Cooler
