Almost 30, disabled, unemployed and no assets or family. . .Is it possible for me to go back to school?

Tbh, I hate my life. I've had a rough go of it and getting diagnosed with an incurable immune disease felt like the last nail in the coffin. . I'm currently unable to do much physically beyond light everyday house chores, but I feel I could still excel with my mind if I had the opportunity. I've found it basically impossible to find anything in a "work from home" capacity that isnt a scam or pyramid scheme. . I'm good with computers and am pretty interested in IT, computer programming, and 2D & 3D digital art. . But I have absolutely no money, no assets, no vehicle, and with my disability it feels like this will never change. . But I want to try. . Somehow. . .Can anyone provide me with info that could help me go back to school? I'd need a lot in the way of assistance when it comes to financial aid and school supplies (like a decent computer, affording books, etc). . Is 30 too old to try to go back to school and make something of myself? Is it pointless, with me being disabled, to even try? Any contact info, links, or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thank you
