Some questions about difficulty/artainability [SPOILERS]

So, I'm not a diehard gamer. I have a little brother, so I've also never really needed to complete a game on my own. Now I'm playing Hollow Knight with my boyfriend (separate save files) who has no siblings, so he's been refusing to help me and that's kinda new. But I've gotten pretty far, to be honest. I've completed most of the game, and most of it I did myself. I googled charm recommendations for some bossfights, but never a video or anything. Kinda proud.

What I'm missing: Trial of the Fool (so also Hunter's Mark), Pantheon 2 and up, Path of Pain, Eternal Ordeal, and the Radiance.

I started on this game aiming for 112%. I've now gotten about 80hrs of gameplay in and I'm not so sure anymore. The only thing that made me beat Pantheon 1 was training against the boss of that Pantheon (luckily it appeared in Hall of Gods before I ever beat it). I'm still having trouble with the HK, especially now that I'm trying to optimise my charms for the Radiance, and it's becoming slightly demotivating.

I'd love to get some tips for the HK/Radiance battle for one. Just, anything. Like, after how many attempts should I feel like I'm progressing in the fight every new try or else switch up tactics/charms?

Second, Trial of the Fool. That's my white whale. I need it beaten. I'm struggling with the mantis waves. The green ones in the air and the traitor lord-esque ones combined just kill me. I've given up on nail arts - don't have the reflexes or coordination or planning for those. Other ideas? Even just which ones to kill first, flying ones or jumping ones? Is there an area in the game where I can practice with this combo?

(I struggled with the Soul Warriors a lot too, but I've trained a lot with them in Hall of Gods and have got them down now)

Then, Pantheons. Is it worth it trying to finish the first one with bindings to make the other ones easier, or is that only if I'd want to beat PoH (nope)? Will every new boss fight I reach in a pantheon appear in Hall of Gods regardless if I've beaten it? Is there a bench/hot spring during the talk with the godseeker right before the final boss that I'm missing?!

In short: I'm not naturally good at fights. But I'm willing to put the sweat in and train, if it allows me to beat something cool. Unfortunately, that style of learning sucks when you've got back to back fights where you have to wade through all of the slow fights to get 10s of training with The One before you die.

I need training tips. Where in the world of Hallownest or against which bosses can I train for these fights? Which skills will transfer?
