Seeing the last list was completed over one year ago, we've received tons of art from new and old artists since then. Wanting to see how opinions have shifted since then on each individual artist, I've decided to host a new list with a similar tierring process over at r/fireemblem.
How the process will work: Below, give a ranking for each artist for the day and give your thoughts on their art. Debate and discuss with anyone else rating, though keep it respectful.
Rules: Keep art (mostly) limited to Heroes. Cipher/Twitter (FE Related tweets) can be referenced a little, but shouldn't make up the whole rating while tasks such as Wada being the director of FE8 shouldn't be taken into account at all. Comparing an artists work to something they made years back to prove a point is acceptable.
The RANKINGS
Fantastic Art! S - This rating is reserved for the best of the best artists! These artists really nail a character's design well, even blending in well with the character's personality!
Great Art! A - This Rating is reserved for artists who's art is great for the most part. There might be a bit of quality left out compared to those in S-Rank, but the art still gives a "Wow!" factor.
Good Art! B- These Artists give art pleasing to the eye, but might have art that might seem a bit off for the character in question once or twice.
A-OK! C- These Artist provide well done art, but it might come off as a bit too much in line, not being anything too unique to the table.
Below Average! D- Not to say the art is bad by any case, but it could be giving the characters not the looks they deserve or the art isn't a popular style
Underwhelming! E- Artists who's art either put the character in a much different negative light or lack the large amounts of details put in the art in different tiers.

Amagaitaro!: Who's worked on Amelia, Clarine, Hot-Spring!Sakura, and all versions of Catria/Myrrh/Nino/Genny!
Aoji!: Who's worked on Boey, Quan and Leif!
