[Worm] Third Worm CYOA Clarrifications

Okay, so I've been meaning to write a fic for quite a while now based on the third version of the Worm CYOA (Can be found under "Version 3" here: https://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/worm-cyoa-all-versions.558034/) and I want some clarification, preferably from the creator as he, she, or they are the best authority on this. If someone can get back to me on this, I'd very much appreciate it.

1.) If I choose to continue on to another world if my SI wins, is there any limits? Could I go through any other story-based CYOA (like Fantasy Armor or Cyberpunk CYOA) or even one of the other versions of the Worm CYOA? In which case, I imagine I'd be able to double up on powers and perks. Could I do the Fairy Tail Jumpchain or CYOA to go there as well, if I choose to move on to the Fairy Tail world? Or would my SI just drop into Earthland as is?

2.) Does the "Mental Archive" option for the "Lesser Power: Apprentice" work on both disciplines I choose, or just one? 2 points to get something, 1 for another discipline, and 1 for a mental archive for just 1 of those? It *does* say "regarding one discipline", but is that literally for only 1? A bit annoying if so, but no big deal.

3.) Also regarding Apprentice, does choosing "Bending" give me access to all 4 elements, or just 1? Would it also grant the Specializations regarding those elements, such as Healing for waterbending or metalbending for earthbending? I assume I could do all the elements and specializations, but since I'm not the Avatar I wouldn't get a reincarnation cycle, no past lives to call on and no Avatar State empowerment. I'd also assume that the specializations would require a lot more hard work and a great deal of mastery in the primary bending art. As in, to learn bloodbending and/or healing I'd have to be very good at waterbending first.

Also, if I choose Biotics and paid the additional point to be an ME tinker, is there a limit to it? Obviously I'd be able to make the various weapons and armor from the franchise, as well as bioamps for my biotics. But would I also be able to make other pieces of tech like an Omnitool? Having that would be amazing. Could I even make full starships and FTL drives? If so, how would that work considering Worm doesn't have any element zero? Or would I be able to make a device that synthetically creates eezo?

4.) Regarding the infamous "Wildcard" powers. I'm operating under the assumption that I can purchase Wildcard as many times as I want, so long as I have the points to spend. What I want to know is am I allowed to re-roll, hit the random page button on the superpower wiki until I get something I want? I usually leave the other generation options alone. (Also, I leave OP powers alone, like Galaxy Destruction. Any kind of omni, godly, transcendent or some such are skipped immediately.)

Side Note: Wildcard is a fun option! First time I did it, I got: Milk Generation, Succubus Physiology, Planeswalking, Bottomless Pit Generation, Supernatural Cuteness, Path Killer, Tantric Manipulation, Kitsune Physiology, Flowmotion, Healing Wave Emission, Object Repair and Video Game Physics. (What the hell do I do with Milk Generation rolled to a 10!?!!)

5.) Regarding "Item of Power", could I get two powers if I choose Wildcard. This option cuts the power cost in half, but Wildcard powers only cost 1 point. So I'd be paying 0.5 points, so it'd make more sense to get two wildcards for the item. Additionally, if I had Object Repair (as above) could I fix my item (say a ring?) and regain use of the power(s) I paid for?

6.) Now for the disadvantages. In these little games I always choose my drawbacks or complications first to get all my points before spending any. I saw a fic where the author took "Case 53" for only 1 point to give the SI fox ears and a fox tail. Would that be allowed? Being a foxgirl/boy would make you obviously stand out but its not hideous/unnatural as with most other 53s nor does the ears/tail combo seem really useful to warrant it being 0 points. Also, if I do choose Case 53 for 0 points, would that count against my limit? In God Mode I can get another 10 points in drawbacks, but if I do that could I also get Case 53 for 0 points? I assume so, since that doesn't put me over 10 additional points.

7.) Quick question for the "Reincarnation" option. I read this one SI choose Servant to become Gilgamesh, but his random Reincarnation resulted in him becoming Emma Barnes, who is not a cape. Is that legal, so long as it was random? Or does it have to be a cape, regardless of anything else?

8.) As for the "Geass" option, I found yet another fic "All Wildcards" where the SI chose (ROB chose, actually) a bunch of 1 point geass options. One for shedding blood daily, one for announcing his attacks, etc. Would shenanigans like that allowed?

9.) Referring back to 7, if I pick "Pint-Sized" and "Reincarnation", (say as Taylor, the protagonist) would that make my SI drop-in as a de-aged Taylor, or would it revert me back into the timeline when Taylor (or whoever) as with Gilgamesh/Emma, was actually that age? I'd say probably not. That just seemed more like a plot device to make things more interesting.

10.) As for the "Wanted" option, could I pick all three major gangs in Brockton Bay (E88, Merchants, ABB) for 1 point each? Or would I just be locked to picking one. Either a local group for 1 point or a long reaching group 2 points, plus an additional point for them wanting me dead no matter what? I've seen a lot of people fudge things like that to get extra points.

11.) For the "Wildbow, Whats a Wildbow?" drawback would my SI remember himself doing this CYOA, just with all the Worm-related stuff censored, would his memory of filling the sheet out be blurry, or would his memory of it be blanked entirely?

12.) Next, the Brighter World options. If I have the points, can I just keep making changes to the world with "For Want of a Nail", such as Scion killing himself, and another for the Endbringers suddenly vanishing, and another for Abaddon coming into the picture to make things better? Or do I just get the one purchase. The same with "Crossover", could I simply keep crossing Worm over with other settings if I have the points?

13.) Finally, the Tier 1 Addition. The page says that these powers can be used in Versions 1-3, but how much would they cost? I assume they'd cost the same points as the "World-Breaking" powers in Version 3; 8 points per power.
