🚨 SPOILERS BELOW 🚨

Hollow Knight had a lot of interesting content to offer. I see many threads seeking advice and providing art, but haven’t seen a thread for sharing our favorite things in the game. I’ll start off with a couple of items:

Area: Queen’s Gardens. At first it was Greenpath and I didn’t think anything would surpass it, but I loved the atmosphere of QGs. I love the contrast the lushness holds against other areas of the game. Least favorite was Deepnest. Mainly because I didn’t get the map until I already finished the area. And it’s just not comfy at all.

Sub-area: Blue Lake. Nice retreat type area to lounge in.

Music: City of Tears theme hands down. I was amazed when I first heard it playing.

Charm: Sharp Shadow. Great when paired with Dashmaster. Dashing is awesome and it’s nice to do damage with it as well.

Spell: Vengeful Spirit/Shade Soul. It’s satisfying to use and often handy.

Ability: All the abilities are satisfying to earn, but getting the Monarch Wings made me feel on top of the world. Mainly because I could almost reach it with them.

Nail Art: Since I enjoyed dashing so much, the Dash Slash was naturally my fav.

Monster: Great Husk Sentry. Just a neat guard type. I like simple. Shield use was interesting.

NPC/Boss: Paintmaster Sheo. I like the warrior-turned-artist trope. White Defender was a close second, his passion was refreshing.

Add more if you have them. Looking forward to seeing what other HK fans liked.
