I've never really being a nail art, or even a manicure/pedicure kind of lass, but it's being a recent pick up for me, and of the many options I've seen, I fell in love with the Matte look.
I rarely use dark colours on my fingernails, just the toes, so I'm trying darker tones on the fingers, I got a generic Matte black polish that looks great the first day, but quickly shines after a bath and lotion rub. How can I keep it Matte without a top coat? Or is the top coat a must?
