I'm getting my first art studio! What are some studio must-haves?

I'm moving into my first art studio over the next couple of weeks. It's an old Catholic schoolhouse that's setting up artists in some of the smaller rooms. I've got decent overhead lighting and windows, plenty of outlets, and they left me a desk. I'm moving my supplies and books and stuff over right now, but I'm planning a shopping trip to grab other stuff to really make it come together.

What are some things you'd add to my list? For reference, I am primarily a watercolorist, although I also do encaustic work and will be dipping back into oil painting/printing now that I have the space. Art supplies and storage themselves aren't really the problem; it's the extra stuff you might not think about.

Dustpan/Broom

Linoleum roll/sheet for the floor

Trashbin

Wire shelving

Bookcase

Soap/nail brush/washclothes

Bulk papertowels

Fans/AC for cooling/ventilation

Rolling cart/table

Non-essentials:

Minifridge/Snacks

Kettle

Radio

A plant :)
