Careers that fit my strengths?

I’m having a difficult time nailing down a path I feel good about. I took the High5 test and feel like my results were very accurate, so I’m wondering if, based on my top 5 strengths, anyone would be able to suggest some career/learning path ideas I might be a good fit for?

My results were:

  1. Philomath (essentially, passionate about learning and good at it)
  2. Thinker (mental activity, introspection, absorbing complex ideas)
  3. Problem Solver (enjoys getting things working again)
  4. Believer (dedicated to personal values, integrity, trustworthy and reliable, do the “right thing”)
  5. Empathizer (understanding what others are going through)

Some additional background info: I’m an INTP, almost INFP, in the Myers-Briggs system, and an enneagram 5w4 with a self-preservation instinct (I’m a bit of a personality nerd). My previous schooling and much of my time has been arts-based (visual art mostly, but some music and writing), but I’m also interested in various sciences, namely psychology and neuroscience; also philosophy, languages, history. I don’t want to work alone but don’t think I would do well working too directly with too many people. I’m 32 and don’t have a degree, but am willing to go back to school if the payoff were worth it.

Anyone have any magic answers for me?
