Addressing Maureen Orth's '10 Undeniable Facts About Michael Jackson'

Orth is crazy. She has a history of making up ludicrous Jackson stories

  1. The only source for Jordan Chandler sharing MJ's bed are people with the last name ''Chandler''. Which is a problem. This case never went to court because two grand juries refused to indict after seeing all the evidence.
  2. ''Rubba'', ''Applehead'' and ''Doo Doo'' are nicknames MJ frequently used, he seems to have called Quincy Jones and his brother ''Rubba'' for example. He called himself so too. MJ had a habit of writing ''love notes'' to people around him. He wrote those notes on bedsheets and threw them out the window into crowds of fans. The Gavin Arvizo allegation does not include having shared a bed with MJ.
  3. Jackson paid $15m settlement for the civil case for negligence that was scheduled before the criminal case for molestation. Being forced to give a civil deposition before a criminal trial severely weakens the defense. If you had an alibi before, you won't have it after the prosecution was able to get a front row seat at your deposition. Scheduling the civil case before the criminal one was unconstitutional. It is in fact not possible anymore today. Jackson was forced to settle the civil suit one day before his deposition was scheduled in order to get a fair criminal trial. The defense tried five times to move the deposition behind the criminal trial, five times the judge refused with a strange argument about how a ''boys'' memory can't be trusted for so long (Jordy was 14). After Jackson paid the settlement, the criminal case continued. All the evidence from the investigation (including the infamous Chandler drawing that supposedly depicted MJ's genitalia) was presented to TWO separate grand Juries. One in Santa Barbara and one in L.A. Both refused to even indict (''you can indict a ham sandwich''). Which means there was not only no evidence for any wrongdoing on Jackson's side. It is also plausible to assume there was evidence the whole thing was made up, since there is hardly any requirement to get an indictment at all. Jordan seems to have gotten the drawing completely wrong. Due to MJ's vitiligo his penis most likely was mostly white with brown blotches. Jordan has drawn a brown penis with white blotches (Linden affidavit), his father knew MJ had vitiligo and he knew roughly how it looked because as a doctor he had given MJ a shot in the backside before. The grand juries tried to determine whether MJ has altered the appearance of his genitals to make the drawing not match. They did not hand down an indictment after that. We also know Jordan described MJ as circumcised which he was in fact not (autopsy report).
  4. The Chandler drawing did not match. See explanation above. Two grand juries saw the drawing. They tried to determine whether MJ has altered the appearance of his genitals. Then both did not indict. Sneddon, the prosecutor, - known as ''mad dog Sneddon'' among judges - spread the rumor the drawing matched though, only few people have seen the drawing and the picture. We know from Raymond Chandler's book ''all that glitters'' though that Jordan drew a penis ''spotted all over''. Sneddon claimed that ONE blotch more or less matched. People in law enforcement like Lauren Weis simply believed mad dog Sneddon's claim. He was obsessed with nailing Michael Jackson and the press was complicit. In 2005 he filed a motion at the very end of the trial in which he again claimed the drawing matched. Said motion was filed solely to prejudice the public, since it was clear from the very beginning the motion had no chance of going through due to the very clear circumstance that Jordan Chandler was not there to testify. Sneddon knew this. The judge dismissed the motion in minutes.
  5. The area leading to MJ's bedroom had an alarm as you would expect. MJ's bedroom was a two storied appartement and his actual living quarters at the Neverland Ranch. After he had at one point a fan camping out in his closet for days - only coming out at night to eat and drink - he had an alarm installed. As every sane human being would have. Add to this that his staff members and friends were regularly offered hundreds of thousands of dollars to sell stories about him. Or to make up stories. He was paranoid of being spied on or of his kids being abducted. He also had the skin disorders vitiligo and lupus discoid which left his skin blotched and he was highly self conscious about that. He would not have wanted people to see him without makeup. Or without wig. After the pepsi burn accident in the 80s he was left partially bald. Here is MacCaulay Culkin describing MJ's bedroom situation
  6. Staff members testified in 2005 that Gavin Arvizo and Star Arvizo would break into MJ's bedroom and go through his adult heterosexual porn magazines. The prosecutor Sneddon also handed Gavin Arvizo a magazine to thumb through without gloves to then send it away to be checked for fingerprints. Surprise. Gavins fingerprints were on the magazine. He also claimed MJ showed him a magazine that was not published yet at the time. There was never any child porn of any kind discovered at Neverland. after rumors came up about this in 2005 the prosecution and the defense both signed a document stating there was never any chld porn. The ''study of naked boys'' was not among his porn collection. It was a legal art book among thousands of art books depicting nakedness of any kind as art books usually do. It was send to him by a fan. Jackson had a book collection of about 10,000 books.
  7. According to the people closest to Michael Jackson Jackson had a healthy sex life with adult women. There are a handful of staff members (Neverland Five) who sold lies for money to tabloids. They were dismembered in court in 2005 for being perjurers and frauds.
  8. Michael Jackson was a nice person. Which makes cynics real suspicious because people can't be genuinely nice right? Well, he gifted people around him with everything they wanted. He bought houses for hundreds, paid for hundreds of funerals. All under the motto ''if you talk about it, it's not charity''. So most of it only came out after his death. He was a great humanitarian which might be the saddest part of this whole character assassination.
  9. Jordan Chandler's father was unhinged. He attacked his son in 2006 with a barbell and strangled him - right after Jordan Chandler refused to testify in the trial. he killed himself a few month after Michael Jackson's death. Some speculated this was due to guilt. I personally believe he was a psychopath and free of any guilt. The Chandler tapes certainly sound like it. He had cancer. Wade's father was bipolar and committed suicide, according to Joy Robsons deposition he felt his family did not care enough about his mental illness. A cousin of Wade Robson's committed suicide due to depression.
  10. In the Martin bashir documentary he says giving your bed to someone else is the most loving thing one can do. MJ used to share his bedroom and bed with all kinds of people. Adults and girls included. He never shared his bed with Gavin Arvizo though. Brett Barnes is one example of someone who in fact did share a bed with MJ from time to time. Here is what he has to say about the accusers.
