Europe Itinerary - 18days Dec/Jan

Hey everyone!

I'm currently trying to nail down my itinerary as best as possible and was hoping for some advice on a couple of different options I have.

Just some other info: I will be in Italy for 4 weeks previously, will spend a week in England with family for Christmas before flying into Europe before meeting up with family again in Paris. Therefore, I have 18 days unaccounted for - I will be flying from Birmingham into Amsterdam (most likely - no options into Germany or Copenhagen) and ending in Paris.

For interests: I love history, art, museums, sightseeing, and culture. I don't care much about the nightlife, although good food and atmosphere would be a plus! I am interested in doing some day trips from my locations, general exploring and meeting some new people! I understand it will be winter and things may be a bit different too.

Trip option 1:

Amsterdam 2 nights - Copenhagen 3 nights - Berlin 3 nights - Prague 2 nights - Budapest or Vienna 2 nights - Munich 3 nights - Brussels 2 nights

Trip option 2:

Amsterdam 2 nights - Hamburg 2 nights - Copenhagen 3 nights - Berlin 3 nights - Vienna 2 nights - Munich 3 nights - - Brussels 2 nights

Trip option 3:

Amsterdam 2 nights - Hamburg 2 nights - Berlin 3 nights - Prague 2 nights - Vienna 2 nights - Salzburg 1 nights - Munich 3 nights - Brussels 2 nights

Trip option 4:

Munich 3 nights - Salzburg 1 night - Vienna 2 nights - Budapest 2 nights - Prague 2 nights - Berlin 4 nights - Amsterdam 3 nights

I know they're quite similar, just looking for some advice - or if you have any other options (maybe more rural options) please share!

Thank you
