Bleeding After Sex Help

I have been bleeding after sex/post coital bleeding for about the past 6 months. I’d say it happens about 80-90% of the time (I’m much better at tracking it now). Below is my history, what should I ask my doctor to do next?

-35 years old -lost 100 lbs -Had a copper iud for 12 years with no problems (bleeding after sex happened about 3-4 months before it was changed) -got my second one, after about two months made a follow-up visit for the bleeding and she said the second copper iud was starting to expel. She removed and replaced it. I think the third is ok, ultrasound next week will confirm. She doesn’t believe the bleeding is from iuds since it has happened for all three. I checked the strings and they were fine. Then a week later they were almost gone, just pocking out. That’s how they still are. Asked my doc, she said If no major pain or bleeding wait to see the results of the ultrasound to see what’s next -STI tasted twice in the past 4 months, clean both times -pap was normal (about 3 months ago) -I’ve had two vaginal exams (one for the pap, second for the iud #2-#3 change out) -last period I had bleeding after a bm for the three days before my period. That was a first. The spotting only happened after a bm -I’ve been on iron pills about the past year from my doc -I did start lexapro but that was AFTER the iud #2 and bleeding started months before lexapro so I don’t believe it’s related -no pain during the sex -happened with a very large partner but also a very average partner. Happens with rough sex or just normal sex. I don’t believe it’s related to the size or type of sex. Definitely not related to position -at first, before I was tracking it, i thought it was because my period was 5 days away or ended 5 days ago. But now that I’m really tracking it I see that happens all days of the month, don’t believe it has anything to do with my period -the blood is always bright red (new blood). Sometimes there’s a lot, like on the sheets and all, sometimes it’s less but still enough to have on the condom and need plenty of tissues to wipe both of us -bleeding/spotting lasts maybe 30-60 minutes after the sex and then stops. If we go again, I will bleed again -tried a bunch of lubes despite being naturally well lubricated myself -always having sex with latex condoms. I don’t believe I’m allergic to latex. I wear gloves, I use liquid latex for nail art, no problems there. Not possible nor comfortable having unprotected sex -my doc did a, I don’t know what it’s called, a stomach ultrasound after placing iud #3 to make sure the position was ok. She said she didn’t see polyps and position looked great. But, I have an internal ultrasound scheduled for this week to do a better check and confirm iud is staying, this will be about a month after getting iud #3 put in. This is really to look for polyps I’ve been told -I’ve seen something called cervical ectropion but wouldn’t she have seen that during vaginal exam/pap #1 or exam #2?

This is so frustrating to have sex and then stop mid-way. I want both of us to finish. I want an answer to know what’s causing this and how to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas on what to possibly push my doctor for If needed? She seems great, she’s new to me but I really like her and she seems to know her stuff. but at this point I’m getting the wait and see, try this next and see, if that doesn’t work let’s try this, etc. I’m starting to feel like a play toy. I realize it’s a very hard job to diagnose, I’m not upset at her. I just want this over with. I’m wondering if I should remove the iud and get sterilized. Sometimes I feel like my body is betraying me. I have a high sex drive, stop cock blocking me vagine!

Any help, advise, knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
