Would you pay extra if you get these unique salon benefits? Insight for my future business plans.

Hello everyone!

So I'm in nail tech school at the moment, and being the kind of person that I am, I'm highly interested in getting my own business someday. Mu business model would focus on three major things; cleanliness, client service quality, and employee satisfaction. Ideally, my fantasy business would have these major points listed below, all of which are absolutely a very high standard and may not be 100% achievable, but these are important to me:

A. Using only reputable brands where the client can see EXACTLY what they're getting (I've seen a lot of salons that have blank bottles of monomer and polish and to me it's sketchy). Employees would be trained on new products on the market fairly often to keep up with new trends, as the business changes up quite a bit.

B. Is basically hospital-grade sterile, as I also have a degree in public health with a special focus in epidemiology, so I am PAINFULLY aware of how easy it is to spread nail fungus and other diseases. There are some places that have installed special ventilation systems to control air quality, and some have centrifuges to sterilize equipment even more than using Barbicide. I would like to use all systems available to make the equipment and the air as clean as possible, for client health AND employee health with lessed exposure to fumes.

C. A place that specifically specializes in nail art, aka "Instagram nails" where the art can be pretty immaculate, but also can do simple nails as well!

D. A place where the employees are paid an actual livable wage. This is a big one for me, as I am a firm believer in making sure that people can live off of one job comfortably and therefore, employees would be much happier and less stressed, and as such contributing to a more pleasant and high-quality experience for clients. I live in a city where the minimum wage is $15/hr but I would want employees to be paid more than that, since rent is expensive where I live. To me, a much higher wage not only contributes to employee happiness, but also has extreme quality control to only have the best of the best, both in nails AND customer service, as a high-paying position would be highly sought after and therefore far more competitive.

So given these models in mind, obviously the prices would be much higher than other places, which I would definitely be in a pickle for if I charged too much and therefore didn't get business because of it. But, I would like some insight as to whether you personally would pay extra money to have any or all of these benefits, and which points listed would you be willing to definitely pay more money for? Like I said, especially in the beginning, having ALL of these goals may be too much of an impossible expectation, but even achieving one or two would be ideal for me and I would like to have a client's point of view of which of these goals would personally want to make you choose my hypothetical salon over someone else's, even though the price difference would be steeper.

And also, feel free to add on what other things you would happily pay more to have in a nail salon. Thanks in advance!
