Passing a job Interview is result of calculated effort, Never undermine this fact!!!~Usman

One should never be offended or feel any less after failing a job interview. Rather, take it as a learning oppertunity. It’s natural, we hate to talk and admit our failures so, an oppertunity to dig deep into what went wrong during the job interviews are often left out unanswered. Interview is a bridge to your dream job so, never go unprepared to cross it. Practice it, rehearse it, mock it until you completely nail it down. Have honesty, humbleness and confidence in what you bring to the table because it is your biggest strength which you will sell. Even if you fail, shoot a courtesy email to employer and ask reasons for not qualifying for the position. Keep in mind there are hundreds of people out there who are more experienced and skillful than you but it is not something you should feel discouraged about. Instead make this a reason to compete, figure out what is that something that makes you unique, work on it to make it your strength and sell it during your interview. Passing a job Interview is result of calculated effort, never undermine this fact. Have I mastered the art of passing job interviews NO!! but I have learned from experiences and I am making better efforts now so to eventually land a job of my choice.
