First attempt at this design. Used with Essie polish play date (purple) and formula x polish Bernie A ongles (pink) with miracle nail polish (found at dollar tree) as a too coat. I don't know where to find good nail tools and would love suggestions for nail art tools since I used a ✏️ to do my dots.
