I'm back once again, and with a card idea that would be very cool to see, Scouter Vegeta!

Super ATK: Galick Gun - Greatly raises ATK and causes immense damage to the enemy

Passive: ATK +100% and DEF +80% at the start of the turn; Ki +1 and DEF +4% per each Rainbow Ki Sphere obtained; Additional ATK and DEF +70% when facing a "Goku's Family" category enemy; Activate active skill after 4 turns

Active Skill: Super Explosive Wave - Causes ultimate damage to all enemies (once only)
