The results from last round!
Clover.K-B: Ended up at a pretty firm B-Tier rating. With only one piece, it was a bit difficult to rate Clover.K, with most ratings just giving an Average rating.
Masatsugu-C: One B-Rating off from reaching B, Masatsugu was quite the split artist last round. Praise was driven to how cute and colorful the art was while the criticism was focused on how much younger/unfitting Laev was made.
Suekane Kumiko-A: Reaching a firm A rating, Suekane has done quite an amount of art for Heroes. Usually it seemed everyone had a few pieces they dislike/liked. Generally, most seemed to agree the later pieces were much stronger than the earlier ones. The biggest complaint was mostly around Ishtar's posing/features.
Teita-B: Ended up at a pretty firm B rating. Praise was drawn towards the unique style on the three characters while some criticism was thrown around to certain features, such as Innes' hands and Saias's face.
Tobi-A: Reaching a high A-Rating. Tobi was a little split last round. Praise was drawn to his lighter style that pleased many, while other put some flak on how some details felt left out on characters

Fantastic Art! S - This rating is reserved for the best of the best artists! These artists really nail a character's design well, even blending in well with the character's personality!

Great Art! A - This Rating is reserved for artists who's art is great for the most part. There might be a bit of quality left out compared to those in S-Rank, but the art still gives a "Wow!" factor.
Artists in this tier: BUNBUN, Asatani, Cuboon, Akira, Fuzichoco, HACCAN, Haimura, Hidari, Homazo, Ito Misei, Kozaki, Maiponpon, Mayo, Meka, nabe, Haru, Okuma, PenekoR, sachie, Shimomura, Suda Ayaka, Tobi, Suekane Kumiko.
Good Art! B - These Artists give art pleasing to the eye, but might have art that might seem a bit off for the character in question once or twice.
Artists in this tier: AKIRA, Amagaitaro, Aoji, Argon, Arai, Chiko, Enkyo, Foo, Fujisaka, HAKO, Hino, Itagaki Hako, Ito Nozi, kawasumi, Kippu, Konfuzi, Kiyu, Kousei, Maeshima, Mendako, Mikuro, Sasashima, Sata, Sencha, Takagi Masafumi, Clover-K, Teita.
A-OK! C - These Artist provide well done art, but it might come off as a bit too much in line, not being anything too unique to the table.
Artists in this tier: Bthx, Ebilia, Gaou, Ryo, Himukai, Hoshino Lily, Ichiiro Hako, Kusakihara, Kusugi, lack, Miwabe, Miyuu, Mizuno Kana, Okaya, pikomaro, Seo, Shioemon, Masatsugu
Below Average! D - Not to say the art is bad by any case, but it could be giving the characters not the looks they deserve or the art isn't a popular style
Artists in this tier: Kotobuki, Masao
Underwhelming! E - Artists who's art either put the character in a much different negative light or lack the large amounts of details put in the art in different tiers.

Tomioka Jiro: Has done art for Easter Lucina and both Sanakis.
Tsukito: Has done art for Easter Marisa.
Ueda Yumehito: Has done art for Cordelia, Hinata, Oboro and F!Robin.
Umiu Geso: Has done art for Winter!Lissa, Ophelia, Spring!Veronica and Fallen!Delthea.
