I've been out of the nail game for a while, what trends did I miss?

I used to be so dedicated to my nails and nail art. I still have my 800 bottles of polish and all my old stampers and glitter and rhinestones, all the good stuff! My job is in manufacturing and sadly nail polish just doesnt last on my nails anymore. But I have my weekends free now and I want to treat myself to fancy nails! What are some fun trends I may have missed out on that I should try?
