How do you remove tray with attachments on inside and outside of teeth?

Had this down to an art on first set of trays but refinements have added attachments to both the inside and outside of the teeth making any dislodging at the back of tray on one side seem impossible. Going to have no nails left to remove them with by the end of week. Thinking of calling ortho and telling them to remove some attachments as method of removal (loosen one side then pull rest down) doesn't seem like it will do any good in long run to teeth or trays.

Basically top tray at rear on one side is too tight to flick off, what are my options to remove........:(
