Nails Nails Nails is a boutique nail salon in Old Town, Portland, OR. We specialize in waterless nail services with a focus on vegan products used in services as well as in our retail selection. Our modern concept salon utilizes equipment, techniques and products that are at the forefront of innovation and technology.
Nails Nails Nails is seeking ambitious nail technicians who thrive in a fast paced environment and are committed to continuing education and advancement of their skill set.
The salon will supply all implements, tools, autoclave, equipment, product and expert training in waterless nails services. We will also supply marketing materials and sales staff to promote your work and drive your clientele.
Job Information:
Hourly, $16 - $25 per hour + tips + commission bonus (retail sales) + employee discount (retail)
Paid, on-site training in waterless nail services and other advanced techniques
Full-time and part-time positions available
Fixed weekly schedules available
Requirements:
Current license, Oregon, Nail Technology or Cosmetology
All experience levels considered
Thrives working in a fast-paced, dynamic, urban environment
Proactive attitude, critical thinker, able to work independently and self motivate
Professional communication skills, verbal and written
Perform various shop duties as requested
Saturdays mandatory
English required
Essential Functions:
Perform waterless nail services, natural nail services, simple nail art, elaborate nail art and gel nail extensions dependent on experience.
Maintain high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the work/shop environment by standards of the law and shop policy.
Evaluate each clients needs and suggest retail products, for client purchase, to further treatment and care at home.
Stock and maintain organization/cleanliness in workspace and other common areas.
Assist in all areas of shop operation as requested.
