[LFA]Ahkzari Bahir, Spellscale Sorceress

Introduction:

Sigil, the toroidal city at the top of an Infinite spire, is a place for almost everything, including those with Dragon's blood in their veins. Ahkzari Bahir embraces this heritage. Born a Spellscale, creatures descending from sorcerers that resemble scaled elves (also, unfortunately, the victims of rather poor official art), Ahkzari leverages her innate arcane talents by pursuing sorcery. She overtly seeks a comfortable life from the gains of adventuring while nursing the hope that she can correct a terrible injustice from her past. Ahkzari will be joining a guild for low to mid level planes-hopping adventures in a game focused on the shortcomings of the classic alignments.

Physical appearance / Gear:

An 18-year-old 'emerald' spellscale, Ahkzari's skin is covered in green scales, primarily a fairly vibrant emerald green with splotches of deeper hues. Teal scales stand out around her wrists, ankles and the 'nails' of her fingers and toes. Her brow is marked with yellow-green scales. Her eyes are gold with reptilian-like slit pupils. She possesses draconic wings which match her scale colors. Her hair, a green so dark it's almost black, is drawn back in a loose ponytail that she often leaves hanging over her right shoulder.

As a matter of practicality, Ahkzari prefers simple clothing, primarily a hooded, tan robe ( similar to https://images.app.goo.gl/9Sj55WKB2TrfxVLN8) with half length sleeves. The only personal effect of much value to Ahkzari is the small metal star and nebula holy symbol of Bahamut (https://images.app.goo.gl/E8sHiGDjLuN1xw3f8).

Personality:

Having lived on her own wits for the past 8 years, Ahkzari knows all too well that life is cheap and misplaced trust comes at a heavy price. She is generally cautious around new people always suspicious of their true intentions. She prefers to approach new relationships as a transaction or contract. Ironically, for as little as she wants to get close to other people, she finds them endlessly interesting to watch from afar while guessing what they'll do next.

Background:

Ahkzari was born into a time of meta-cosmic uncertainty when the souls of the dead seemed to be ending up in the wrong planes. This uncertainty shaped her life from the moment her younger sister was born, the same moment her mother died. Her father, in fear of the nine hells, or the abyss, or some other horror abandoned his previous devotion to Bahamut and joined the Dustmen, Sigil's keepers of the dead, seeking true death rather than even risking his family's eternal torment. The self suppressive life was difficult for two young girls and eventually Ahkzari's sister ran away only to turn up again dead and reanimated. While this was horrifying, it was her father's seeming complicity and lack of evident concern that ultimate drove Ahkzari to choose a hard life on the streets over living with the husk of her family.
