Any positives to our Alita Withdrawal?

Since I doubt anybody here wants to be cured of their Alita-holism, are there any positives to being in the throes of Alita withdrawal for another month? Does it motivate us to fight harder to promote Alita because we worry about what the two month delay in home release will do to sales? If there wasn't a two month delay and we already had Alita playing endlessly in our home theaters, would we have become too complacent and assumed wrongly that Alita would make enough profit to guarantee sequels? I am proud to see Alita fans still (respectfully) holding Cameron's Twitter threads hostage in exchange for sequel announcements, creating fan art, video clips, and memes to keep morale up around here, and dominating movie polls on Twitter and Ranker. Perhaps Alita withdrawal has made our fandom stronger and more determined than others, which are complacent watching their favorite movies at home or in the theater, assured of their franchise's future due to box office returns built on monopoly power and mass brand recognition brain washing. We who do not have such assurances are compelled to fight tooth and nail to save Alita's future, and I hope home release will invigorate us further with new fans eager to join the fight.
