The first time I read 4HB, in the "Lost Art of Bingeing" section, I really just skimmed through and didn't really pay attention. I now see how important following the full protocol is.

TL;DW (too long; didn't watch... below are in order of importance in my opinion only; not hard and fast, nor claimed by Tim Ferriss)
- SERIOUSLY make sure to be drinking eight x 8oz (250 ml glasses of water to optimize lipolysis)
- Nail a compliant breakfast
- 60-90 seconds calisthenics shortly before worst meals
- Citrus (ideally fresh especially at, or before worst meals)
- Fresh grapefruit juice before first cheat item
- Caffeine before worst meals (and/or Yerba Mate tea and/or "Athletic Greens" supplement)
- AGG/PAGG stack supplements (I personally do not use these, mainly because $)
