Recap from last round!
Hino-B: One vote for A off from reaching it, Hino reached a very high B. Praise came to the shadowing towards both Leo and Takumi, while criticism was mainly directed at the awkward proportions of the two.
Hidari-A: Reaching a higher ranked A-Rating, Hidari was praised mainly for the texture, lighting, and Celica's overall design. Criticism was directed towards mainly the inconsistent faces and not as pretty special art.
Homazo-A Reaching a higher ranked A-Ranking, Homazo didn't receive a single vote below A last round. Praise was directed towards how fitting both art is towards their respective characters while the only thing stopping a complete S ranking was there wasn't enough "Wow" factor in the art.
Himukai-C-Another one vote off from reaching B, Himukai was mostly praised for art fitting for the young child look on Fae, while criticism was directed at the Mage Brothers/Body proportions.

Fantastic Art! S - This rating is reserved for the best of the best artists! These artists really nail a character's design well, even blending in well with the character's personality!
Artists in this tier: Izuka
Great Art! A - This Rating is reserved for artists who's art is great for the most part. There might be a bit of quality left out compared to those in S-Rank, but the art still gives a "Wow!" factor.
Artists in this tier: BUNBUN, Asatani, Cuboon, Akira, Fuzichoco, HACCAN, Haimura, Hidari, Homazo.
Good Art! B - These Artists give art pleasing to the eye, but might have art that might seem a bit off for the character in question once or twice.
Artists in this tier: AKIRA, Amagaitaro, Aoji, Argon, Arai, Chiko, Enkyo, Foo, Fujisaka, HAKO, Hino
A-OK! C - These Artist provide well done art, but it might come off as a bit too much in line, not being anything too unique to the table.
Artists in this tier: Bthx, Ebilia, Gaou, Ryo, Himukai
Below Average! D - Not to say the art is bad by any case, but it could be giving the characters not the looks they deserve or the art isn't a popular style
Underwhelming! E - Artists who's art either put the character in a much different negative light or lack the large amounts of details put in the art in different tiers.
