The Acid Was From Cleansing Products That Had Split In His Bathtub In The Process Of Cleaning His Bathroom, Leading His Face To Get 3rd Degree Burns And Eat Away At His Skin. He Does In Face Have A Nose, It’s Described As “Slits For Nostrils”
He Also Never Burnt His Eyelids With A Lighter, His Eyelids Just Became A Bit Red And Irritated From The Acid.

He used to use a kitchen knife for some of his early kills, he most recently is equipped with a Hunting knife with a sheath, and a utility belt with assorted tools, throwing darts, flares, chloroform, Explosives, flashlight, surgeon mask that he occasionally wears to hide part of his face, usually removed or damaged during the, final survivor segment, where Jeff is bested by the final survivor and injured thus retreating to kill another day.

Athleticism - Slightly above average, can out run most people and climb really quickly
Inhuman Durability - Not exactly inhuman, but he's pretty durable, any attacks that would cripple an average adult male would cause Jeff to be stunned for a few seconds before shaking it off and going for the kill.
He has a high pain tolerance able to survive 3 shots in the abdominal area, and still stand but get fatigued with a handgun, and he can heal a bit quicker than average people, for example a person had a basic scratch it takes 5 days for it to heal, now with Jeff's basic scratch the same type previously stated would heal almost completely overnight. He can take a good amount of punishment before he's neutralized.
Inhuman Stamina - His stamina is slightly below average he's able to stay on someone's trail for about 5 minutes before he gets winded and takes a break his stamina does however replenish rather quickly, what he lacks in stamina he makes up for in speed
Great Sealth - His stealth ability is superb, barely ever caught sneaking into his potential victim's house, and even hiding himself very quickly when someone investigates the area he was in, his stealth is so excellent to the point that the people who either escaped Jeff or was spared by him believes that he has the ability to teleport.
High Speed - Another attribute that he's superb at, his speed is very impressive able to keep up with a speeding car for about 9 seconds before resting, the faster he goes the more stamina he's burning.
Murder skills - The skill improves over the course of Jeff's career, the first year of killing people he would make rookie mistakes and ending up getting wounded, early in his career Jeff was more aggressive, arrogant reckless and sloppy with his kills resulting in the victim's more brutal demise due to him not yet being precise and professional as he would soon be later in his career, and as well skilled enough not to make rookie errors and over come more people who face him.
As it now became later down Jeff's Career, he became more disciplined, more skilled with the art of murder as well as knowing the human body to attack the weak spots for cleaner and more professional kills, only every once and a while being brutal just for the hell of it, his cocky and sardonic personality during his early year have been changed with more of a stoic and determined demeanor, with occasional sardonic quips showing that despite improving his combat skills, he'd never lose is morbid/satirical personality but only keeping them more subtle than before, and his increased strength.
Psychopathy - Very unhinged, he sees humanity as a blight and believes he's doing the right thing, he has a shred of humanity inside him due to Liu's love and support. Jeff's ultimate goal is to get rid of the wicked and live with his brother on an island away from the corrupted society he despises, without Jeff's brother to help him, Jeff may have died much sooner. Jeff is also haunted by a personal demon of his nick named Angus Grimville, a horrifying and sinister entity that feeds off of misery. Jeff is a tortured soul doing a torturer's Job.
