I'm still a reddit (and nail art) noob, so I'm not sure where to ask this; but is there a way to remove my current dip powder without removing my acrylic tip? I'm about 3 weeks in with my current color, so they REALLY need done, but my nail tech told me that the color has been discontinued, so I can't get a fill-in.
My natural nails are pretty long, the acrylic tip is only about as thick as a dime or two, but I still want them. Do I have to sacrifice them if I get the dip powder removed?
