6 weeks ago I was zoning out in class, browsing pinterest and reddit for risque art. Brain fog was constantly pulling me back to that cheap dopamine. My grades were starting to slip, excercise was yielding to videogames and PMO, I wasn't cleaning dishes or my apartment, and I wasn't spending enough quality time with my gf.
Yesterday I took my girl shopping and to dinner with friends for her 21st birthday and still had time to write my note sheet for this 8:00am final. Today I woke up at 6:40, out for a breath of fresh air and hydrating, quick breakfast and got on my bike (I can now make the commute faster than the bus route). Best of all, I feel focused and ready to nail this test!
