Ebila-C Close to reaching B. Ebila's art seemed to praise Winter-Chrom as an improvement, while criticizing OG!Chrom's awkward posing and features.
Enkyo-B: A very split artist from last round. Most of the praise was directed to the colors and appealing visuals of Enkyo's style. While criticism was mostly focused on the drawing of leg shapes on certain characters.
Akira-A About half of the votes last round were in the A Range, with the rest mostly being B's. Most praise was directed towards Akira's details on certain character, such as the expressions on Fallen!Celica. While other disliked the oil/shiny style of Akira.
Foo-B: Reaching a very solid B-tier rating, Foo's praise seemed to mostly directed to how the art is sweet and simple, while criticism was mostly how the art wasn't that reflective of Hinoka.

Fantastic Art! S - This rating is reserved for the best of the best artists! These artists really nail a character's design well, even blending in well with the character's personality!
Artists in this tier: Izuka
Great Art! A - This Rating is reserved for artists who's art is great for the most part. There might be a bit of quality left out compared to those in S-Rank, but the art still gives a "Wow!" factor.
Artists in this tier: BUNBUN, Asatani, Cuboon, Akira.
Good Art! B - These Artists give art pleasing to the eye, but might have art that might seem a bit off for the character in question once or twice.
Artists in this tier: AKIRA, Amagaitaro, Aoji, Argon, Arai, Chiko, Enkyo, Foo.
A-OK! C - These Artist provide well done art, but it might come off as a bit too much in line, not being anything too unique to the table.

Below Average! D - Not to say the art is bad by any case, but it could be giving the characters not the looks they deserve or the art isn't a popular style
Underwhelming! E - Artists who's art either put the character in a much different negative light or lack the large amounts of details put in the art in different tiers.
