Recap from Previous Round!
Chiko-B-Close to an A-Ranking, Chiko's art caused some very divisive opinions. Many of his pieces seem drawn in two-three different styles, each appealing to everyone's different opinions. However, the contrast in piece to piece was one of the main reasons for the criticism as well. Pretty interesting to see how many different pieces people disliked that others liked.
Cuboon-A: Over half of the ratings last round gave Cuboon A. Most of the praise was directed towards how the shading is presented on the art and how well drawn the men (Lukas/Reinhardt) are while complaints mostly came to some face issues with females and Spring!Kagero's... yeah.
Izuka-S With over half of the ratings being S/S-, Isuka nails a spot as the first S-Rank Artist. Majority of the praise came to their villain characters, armor designs and the use of shading. Some complaints came towards some of Marth's facial features.

Fantastic Art! S - This rating is reserved for the best of the best artists! These artists really nail a character's design well, even blending in well with the character's personality!
Artists in this tier: Izuka
Great Art! A - This Rating is reserved for artists who's art is great for the most part. There might be a bit of quality left out compared to those in S-Rank, but the art still gives a "Wow!" factor.
Artists in this tier: BUNBUN, Asatani, Cuboon.
Good Art! B - These Artists give art pleasing to the eye, but might have art that might seem a bit off for the character in question once or twice.
Artists in this tier: AKIRA, Amagaitaro, Aoji, Argon, Arai, Chiko.
A-OK! C - These Artist provide well done art, but it might come off as a bit too much in line, not being anything too unique to the table.

Below Average! D - Not to say the art is bad by any case, but it could be giving the characters not the looks they deserve or the art isn't a popular style
Underwhelming! E - Artists who's art either put the character in a much different negative light or lack the large amounts of details put in the art in different tiers.

Ebila: Has done art for every Chrom besides Mounted!Chrom!
Enkyo Yuichiro: Has done art for Halloween!Nowi, Selkie, Legendary!Tiki, Soleil and Bride!Ninnan.
Fujikawak Akria: Has done art for both Normal and Fallen!Celica and Marisa!
Foo Midori: Has done art for only HotSpring!Hinoka!
