Taylor as an inspiration

Hello Swifties,

I have noticed a lot of fantastic fan art on this sub in the past few days and I commend all you artistically talented individuals. I, however, am not as artistically inclined, but would like to share with you how Taylor has inspired me.

I am defending me master’s thesis tomorrow and I was in my car today listening to “How You Get the Girl” and a part of the song that really struck a cord with me today was the high note during the last chorus, you know “I WANT YOU FOREVER AND EVERRRR!” and I thought, Taylor can perform in front of thousands of fans on a nightly basis on tour. For me that translates into, I can do this presentation of my life and NAIL IT. I also remember when she had Troy Sivian on tour and he was really nervous to perform alongside Taylor, but Taylor told him that the fans are there to support you, not judge you. That advice has really stuck with me; people are attending my defense to support me, not to judge me. This has helped calm my nerves and I am so ready :)
