Suggestions for what I should do with my gi bill if I leave the military with a masters degree, experience & certs in related (but not exact) fields? Not transferring.

I am currently personnel, will have 7 years exp upon separation, which translates to human resources. However, I'm a cross trainee, so I also have exp in hospitality for 5 years. But what I really wanted to do was medical admin. Basically human resources for a medical environment. By the time I separate, I plan to have my bachelors degree and masters degree in medical admin, but my experience and certs will be in human resources.

To be completely honest my first wish/thought was to "waste" my gi bill on BFA (art) degree so I could do what I actually want to do for awhile but I realize it's not smart to be unemployed just because, and go to school for a worthless degree just because I can. But what I really need is relevant job experience or certs for medical admin, and I have the admin aspect down, but I want to nail the medical side since I will only have school and no direct experience.

Maybe this is way too specific, but, any thoughts? I know its forever now, so I could just save it and do my art degree later. Or I guess I could see what medical admin certs are available, if any? Just looking for some paths to choose from. Thanks for your time.

I will not be transfering benefits to children or spouse.
