Had a day off today and wandered into Wilkos - the Essence line they carry have currently got nail decals, nail stencils, stamping plates and duochrome powders, with prices between about £1.30 and £3.00
Don't know yet how good they are as I've just got home, but thought it might be worth flagging up as I've never seen such a variety of nail art supplies on the high street anywhere other than Sally's and certainly never this cheap.
Based on the gaps in the display looked like there were: - at least 2 kinds of stamping plate (plus some kind of accompanying kit, guessing stamper and scraper, sold out) - 6 kinds of chrome/duochrome powder, plus a sealing coat - one set of stencils and one set of french tip guides - one set of "broken holo" stickers - six kinds of decal - one set of glow in the dark metallic nail/finger tattoos
