I have questions and was hoping y’all could help me out. First, how do you find a good salon? I went to one for a dip powder mani and found out they use the same container of powder for everybody. I keep reading that it’s not sanitary, so I didn’t end up getting anything done there. Should I just call places and ask how they do their dip powder? Is there another way to know? And out of curiosity, why is sharing the powder unsanitary but sharing a bottle of polish isn’t?
Also, I’m interested in doing my nails at home, but I have no idea where to start learning basic nail art. Does anyone have resources they were particularly helpful?
