• The Raishin style has two reasons for it's speed, the meditation which removes the limits of the brain, and legs specially trained from a young age to be better at running

• Overcomes Kuroki's prediction and is the first fighter to make him drop to his knees, he did so by becoming faster than his previous match

• Rei became faster by using Rino's hypnosis like suggestion to amplify himself, Rino is capable of giving an order, which in combination with the Raishin Style's already removed limits of the brain enhance him even further.

• Kuroki attempts to counter Lightning Flash with his Devil Lance, but Rei breaks two of his fingers mid charge

• The suggestive order causes Rei's body to quickly begin breaking down, but he overcomes that and even further increases his speed to the point where not even the fighters can see him move

Skill

• Balances his out his chi using a technique

Strength

• Hits Kuroki so hard it creates a shock wave and lifts him into the air

• Unleashes an unending rush of blows that eventually manage to get passed Kuroki's guard

Durability

• Even with his body breaking down and having charged directly into Kuroki's fist with his fastest Lightning Flash, Rei was still capable of standing up

Rei retires in Round 3 after Kuroki feints dropping his guard and hits him with a perfect strike which reaches his heart, knocking him out instantly.
