Hello! I'm applying for a job that I feel I'm both qualified for yet is possibly out of my league. I have a non-profit arts/gallery background and some experience managing employees.
I would love to hear any feedback regarding formatting, empty space, or how to flex the content of the resumé. I've had quite a few interviews that ended up choosing someone else, so I want to make sure I nail the application process!
