[Third Strike] Having trouble consistently inputting EX/Super Arts; are there any videos that show the inputs/timing consistently?

Titular. Just started playing with Sanwa buttons and Joystick on an arcade cabinet I built. Solid 60 FPS, etc. Have played SF in the past (mostly SF IV), but I cannot nail the Super Arts and EX moves consistently.
