An episode in which any time you are about to buy anything, an intrusive public service “advertisement” (15 million merits style) traces back how it was made. Purchasing the newest iphone? It shows you everything about how it’s made including the time it spent in sweat shops. About to eat meat? Get to know the face of the animal that died. This leads to a black market of sorts that has “unmarked” goods allowing the trade of both illegal and regular things that do not show you the advertisement.

A rock band absolutely refuses to sell out and upload their music to any streaming services. Every form of art, be it music/video games/books/movies, etc have to be catalogued and uploaded to a “cloud” or it cannot be sold legally. It sounds like it could be the plot of a rock opera but I’m 100% sure the Black Mirror writers can make it dark and twisted, and it could be the Black Mirror musical episode.

A man is caught texting and driving and fights tooth and nail legally to win his case; however, the judge is an AI that finds him guilty and sentences him to life. This isn’t the end of the episode but rather why he’s fighting so hard to win his case.
