based on what i've read and watched, i've compiled a list of the current and former GG members and basically made some theories that could possibly be true and some backed up by evidence.
Jon (gone) : jon and arin created the show as best friends but eventually their friendship fell apart. as Jon and arin had creative differences. so jon went to create his own channel which at first was great but fell apart due to less emphasis on games and instead on Jon's giant Ego. but i digress
evidence: MULTIPLE fans and Jon himself.
Barry (gone) : Barry left because he saw what was happening. how the show was falling apart. he signed on as editor and when arin hired kevin to replace him, Barry started to hate the show but couldn't leave. so they stuck him with Ross to play sub par games and when his contract was up he just left. not much else to say.
evidence: look at the photos of him in the GG studio, he just looks like he wants to leave.
Ross (semi gone): Ross signed onto GG to give an excuse to play his over abundence of steam games but just wanted to draw as seen on stuff like pokemon art academy where he felt at home. Arin hired him to do SteamTrain because he was a close friend and they've collaborated many times at first he figured he would do maybe an episode a month. but as the show went on it became more and more, he just got depressed and wanted to draw. it doesn't help that they CONSTANTLY made fun of Ross being Australian and having an accent. when SuperMega came on the show, ross talked to them and they told him how his talent was being wasted and bobs your uncle. what REALLY hurts and was the nail in the coffin was holly divorcing him. as someone who has been though 22 breakups, you don't want to be in the same place where you once had romance, its awkward as hell.

Brian (gone) : Brian joined GG around 2017 i think, he jumped on board because Dan was there and he figured why not? out of ALL the members he seems the most interested in the show he generally enjoys playing games. he's busy being a father now and wants to work on stuff like NSP for example.
evidence: watch his videos and letter of resignation.
kevin (gone): hired as editor, left to pursue greener fields, i think Arin and Dan were jealous of him getting all the attention as well but couldn't fire him or people would be mad.
evidence: his "hot" filipino ass statement and resignation letter.
Suzy: alright now we get to the fun stuff. Suzy is that Wife who accompanies her husband to his "guy club" and just stands there to look pretty. she has NO interest in gaming or GG. she only appears on stuff like flip the table because if she ain't showing off to the camera, she ain't showing off at all. the few times she played a game she seemed disinterested and barely put any effort. she is JUST there to accompany Arin and support him. she's Arin's trophy wife ffs.
evidence: any video with suzy and therefore lack of. (lolz)
Dan: Dan is tired. deep down Dan wants to pursue his musical career but is held back. he signed on to replace Jon not realizing it was going to be full time. he wants to leave but cant due to his contract and popularity when the show first started out he loved it fast forward to now and they do the same thing..over..and over. he can't even do his music on the side anymore. Arin forces him to play crappy games he has no interest in. he is close to breaking. you can tell by the general disinterest as of late. but he CAN'T leave. he knows it would crush Arin and the Fans. BUUUUT also? a paycheck is a paycheck as some people have said here. he just doesn't care and goes "mmm" "yep" "WHOA" all the way to the bank. he also has the hots for Suzy as he hints in several videos. i think if Dan got a chance to do HIS version of GG, he would enjoy it more. rather then Arin talking about popping a boner and screaming.
evidence: Latest videos, constantly singing when he gets the chance. "whispers "oh my god arin" like a wife embarassed of her husband. oh and fake laughs.
Arin: Arin is the captain of the ship with a lackluster crew and doesn't know where to sail to. he's burnt out and does fake reactions for views. after jon left he just took over Jon's role of "sexual loud pervert" he constantly gets anxiety and yells for that reason and makes sex jokes because he doesn't know wtf to do 90% of the time. he's stressed. feels alone, and just wants to play games (or rather captain his ship) but nobody else wants to. with Jon he felt comfortable and enjoyed it. because Jon reassured him and was his "bro" now he has a guy who has no interest in gaming except for the paycheck and tries to promote his band any chance he gets. he wants to compare dick sizes constantly with everyone he meets because he has an inferiority complex and terrible anxiety. thats Arin, a captain who shouldn't be a captain
