35 [F4M] Denmark/Europe (ish). You don't have to be a parent to enjoy dad jokes!

Hello!

I'm a 35-year-old woman from Copenhagen, Denmark. I'm looking for a person, or maybe people, with whom I can have long, interesting, in-depth conversations of substance. I'm not interested in 'quickie' conversations, or entertaining you while you're bored at work: I'd like to get to know you, and still be talking in a week's time.

The thrill of a new notification is like a mini Christmas: the anticipation, the spark of joy at a lovely message, and the pleasure of feeling that connection as you type out your own reply. Why don't we make it Christmas every day?

A little more about me:

• I am single, 100% childfree (really not a fan of kids), and when in a relationship, it's 100% monogamous - I am NOT about that poly life, and don't want to be anyone's side piece.

• I work within communications.

• I grew up in a few different countries and have an international/multicultural/multiethnic background (a Third Culture Kid).

• I'm fluent in English and Danish.

• I'm allergic to cats and gyms.

• I have zero interest in games: board games, video games, mind games.

What I am interested in:

• social/domestic history

• astrophysics and astronomy

• food and wine/cocktails (omnivore and cooking enthusiast)

• Terry Pratchett's Discworld series

• languages and etymology

• makeup and nail art as creative outlets (but also so pretty!)

• my favourite stand up comedians are Dara Ó Briain and Sara Millican

I'd love to get to know someone who is:

• around my age (30-40)

• in more or less the same time zone, hence the location preference, although I tend to stay up very late, so I'm flexible in that regard

• also interested in some of the same things I am or similar

• witty, sharp, curious about the world, and can appreciate a good (terrible) pun

• laid-back, respectful, and practically devoid of an ego

• a chatty and open communicator

• capable of writing in complete sentences, and has a close relationship with punctuation
