Mastering Bach's Prelude & Fugue

I am currently in the process of submitting an arts supplement for my university applications. It was all going swimmingly until I was tasked with learning No 2 Prelude and Fugue a few weeks back. To be completely honest, I haven't been entirely diligent with my practice due to being caught up with supplement essays and whatnot.

Now, I have a diploma (DipLCM) in piano, but my ability isn't conservatory level. I can play majority of the Prelude, albeit slower than required. I am struggling with the Fugue and can only play the first page. Overall, there's a lot of work to be done. I have around 2.5 weeks to absolutely nail this piece and can practice up to 2 hours a day. Based on this limited input, do you think that this is possible?

I will also submit The Piano by Michael Nyman and Mozart's Sonata in A Minor. These I can play relatively well I feel.
