Lore Power Level Analysis: Vladimir, The Crimson Reaper

What’s up everyone, I am KatarHero72, better known as Hyper10sion or “The Power Levels Guy”
Everyone knows how this is going to go at this point. I am going to analyze Vladimir in five categories: Makeup, Physical Abilities, Magical Abilities, Weaknesses, and Feats. I will then place him into one of my five tier lists (which can be found at the bottom of this post), explaining the placement as well.
Also before we get started I will put all of my sources here. Bio Art is Life

Vladimir, the Crimson Reaper

Makeup: Vladimir used to be human, however his millennia of hemomancy has morphed him into something….more. He is more versatile than a normal human and lives a considerable amount of time longer due to draining the blood of a Darkin and infusing it with his own. His durability has allowed him to stand the test of time, seeing the rise and fall of countless kingdoms and conquerors, including Mordekaiser and Boram Darkwill.

Physical Abilities: Vladimir’s augmented biology allows him increased durability and physical traits beyond what a peak human are capable of. He is skilled enough to move in the shadows with ease and has nails as long as knives. To be honest this isn’t the impressive part.

Magical Abilities: Vladimir is the foremost hemomancer on Runeterra, having learned his craft from a particularly prideful Darkin. Vladimir killed his master, absorbing his life essence and part of the power that the god-warrior held. His ability to control and drain foes is terrifying to say the least, especially so when he can manipulate the blood inside a person, turn into a pool of gore, and drain the life from an opponent to extend his own. Vladimir has done this to the point he has lived since the Darkin war, and is powerful enough to tango with LeBlanc in terms of magical prowess.

Weaknesses: Vladimir doesn’t have any truly apparent weakness, but logic dictates a more powerful mage with more range, an inorganic warrior/weapon, and extreme heat would likely be able to give the Crimson Reaper a run for his money.

Feats: Vladimir has lived for thousands of years, is considered an equal by LeBlanc, was able to escape the Corruption of the Shadow Isles, and killed a Darkin. Oh yeah that last one is pretty big given the only other confirmed cases of that are by raw void energy, other Ascended, and death by decapitation while buried under a landslide. Vladimir is the only recorded mortal to kill a Darkin via overpowering them with magic.

Summary:

Honestly I wasn’t expecting too much when I started reading Vladimir’s new lore. However his new story is absolutely fantastic at giving him an aura of high class Dracula who basically made a deal with a devil and then killed the devil to get where he is. Because of his access to immortality, defensive tools, and sheer offensive arsenal, Vladimir has risen from the Magus tier to join the ranks of the Scions.
Tier: Harbinger Tier (Scion Subclass)

Did I oversell Vladimir? Is he more powerful than I could discern? Talk to me about it in the comments. Here are the rest of the lists: Cosmic, Transcended, Harbinger, Magus, and Mortal
And here are is my previous assessment for this cycle.
