I’m new to Reddit so if this post is against guidelines I’ll gladly take it down.🙌🏼. I saw a post back in 2016 about someone needing to get rid of their 600 bottles of nail polish. This person is not a user anymore but this is related to that post I guess. I sat in my nail salon the other day as they were going thru their polish collection and throwing old bottles into the trash. I just about lost my mind and asked them if I could pay them for the old bottles. She said they couldn’t sell them but could only give me a box of six because she knew me as a regular. My heart ached at the thought of all those bottles going to the trash when I could have brought them home and recycled them. I understand her reasons behind not selling them. It’s a liability and I get that. I guess what I’m saying is, if any of y’all have old polish bottles that you were going to throw away, I will gladly take them off your hands. I don’t care how funky and old they are. Not only can they be recycled but they can be reused. I will take care of shipping to aid you in your efforts to ship them to me 😅 preferable USA only. I am trying to learn how to make my own polish and get better at nail art. Anything helps 🤟🏼 Also any suggestions are welcome on how to acquire said bottles is helpful as well.
