The Painter (Licensed DBD Killer Concept for The Candyman [Lore, Ability, Add-ons, Perks, and Appearance])

TL;DR: Licensed killer based off the Candyman movie who releases a swarm of bees to track and reveal the position of survivors.

As I've said in my other concepts, please let me know what you like/dislike and what you think could be changed about this killer.

Lore: The story of Candyman can be told through the movie of the same name. The son of a wealthy slave who developed a machine to mass produce shoes during the Civil War, Candyman was sent to school and grew to be a fine man. Very talented in his art skills, he was asked to do portraits by many people. One of these people was a farmer who wished for Candyman to paint a portrait of his daughter. Falling in love with her, Candyman soon had a child with the woman, causing the farmer to become outraged. Ordering a lynch group to exact revenge, the group cut off Candyman’s hand and smashed open beehives, smearing Candyman’s body with the honey, causing him to be stung to death before being burned. Now a thing of legend, it's said that he can be summoned by saying his name 5 times while staring into a mirror then turning out the lights, his gruesome hook-for-a-hand being the last thing you see.

Stats: Slightly reduced lunge range, standard speed, standard terror radius

Ability: Swarm- After a quick channel, The Painter sends out a swarm of bees, slowing his movement speed by 20% while the bees are flying around. These bees will fly around the map randomly in a large black mass, and can be heard buzzing loudly from 25 meters away (much like the Huntress’s humming). If they come within a 5 meter range of a survivor, they will head for the survivor. If the survivor gets caught in the swarm, they will let out a scream of terror at the initial point of contact and every 3 seconds afterward, they will receive a 10% movement and action speed reduction, and the bees will continue to follow the survivor until either 12 seconds have passed, or The Painter retrieves his bees. If The Painter activates his special ability again, the bees will be removed from the map instantly, giving him back his base stats, but the penalty on the survivor who was swarmed will last for another 5 seconds, after which the survivor will return to normal. When a swarm finds a survivor, The Painter will gain a 10% boost in speed (meaning he still has a 10% movement penalty from his base stats). If a survivor is hiding in a locker, the swarm of bees will not attack them. If a survivor is caught in a swarm and hides in a locker, the bees will continue buzzing outside the locker, but the survivor will not scream in terror.

Add-ons: Many of the add-ons for The Painter will give his bees more effects, such as increasing the movement speed reduction for survivors, making them exhausted, giving them blindness, allowing the bees to target survivors from farther away, and making the bees follow the survivor for a longer period of time. Some help out The Painter by reducing his movement speed penalty, revealing the auras of survivors while they are trapped in a swarm, and increasing the speed at which he deploys his bees. One ultra-rare add-on would allow for The Painter to release 2 different swarms of bees and make survivors suffer from the exposed effect while being followed by the swarm and 5 seconds after the swarm leaves, but would disable his ability to retrieve them, increase his movement speed penalty to 25%, remove his gained speed boost when a survivor is found, and make the bees only follow survivors for 6 seconds rather than 12.

Appearance: The Painter is a very tall and slender black man with a gnarly stump, a hook and nails sticking out of it. He wears a brown coat, and underneath the coat is the remains of his abdomen, which has been eaten by bees, his rib cage revealed whenever he raises his coat to allow for a swarm of bees to flow forth. A few bees can be seen flying around The Painter as he walks, though they do not track or target survivors. When The Painter successfully lands a hit on a survivor, he will find a piece of meat stuck to his hook, tearing it off and tossing it aside. The Painter’s mori would be impaling his hook into the survivor’s spine, raising them up into the air, and releasing a swarm of bees to eat away at the helpless survivor, The Painter eventually tossing the body aside.

Perks:

Be my Victim- You enjoy toying with your prey, making an example of fellow survivors to instill fear in them. Become obsessed with one survivor. Each time you land a successful hit on a survivor while your obsession is within your terror radius, receive a token. 2 tokens: Increase movement speed by 2/3/4% 3 tokens: The aura of your obsession is revealed to you when you are within 10/15/20 meters of them. 4 tokens: Your obsession suffers from the broken effect the next time they are saved from a hook for 60/90/120 seconds Tokens are reset after the obsession is saved from a hook.

Shepherd- Receive an audio cue whenever someone begins healing themselves or another survivor. Gain a stackable bloodpoint bonus each time you interrupt an altruistic action or cause a survivor to miss a skill check, up to a maximum of 50/75/100%.

Hex: Persistent- Each time a survivor is found, gain a token. Each token grants a 1/2/3% movement speed increase, up to a max cap of 12/15/18% movement speed increase. Cannot gain a token more than once every 15 seconds.
