Reddit Laqueristas ~ 52 Week Challenge ~ 2018-2019

If you’ve never participated in anything like this before, it’s simple to join in!

Each Wednesday a new theme or idea is posted, then we create nail art based on that concept!

Don't worry if you can't commit to doing every week's challenge. Have fun with it, and jump in or out as needed 💜💅

For bonus imaginary internet points... add the flair labeled "52 Week Challenge" to your challenge posts and add a link to your nails on the weekly thread.

Huge thanks to u/gibbigabs!

A Few Simple Guidelines:

1. You don’t have to participate, just have fun if you do :)

It's okay to miss a week and pick up the next! If you don't normally participate, but one week's theme is calling out to you, go for it!

2. Post a link with your nails as a comment on the weekly thread.

The easiest and best way is to make your normal post on r/RedditLaqueristas with the flair 52 Week Challenge. After submitting your nails copy that post's link, then go to the week's challenge post, and add the link as a comment! We don't require product lists within Challenge threads, but please respond if someone asks for details in the thread. (Or let them know to click your link because you answered the question in the Reddit original post! 😉)

3. Your nails don’t have to be done exactly within the time limit.

Make sure to post them on that week's thread when you do them!

4. Be excellent to each other! Constructive criticism is encouraged.

We're all here to make each other better. Reporting bad and unnecessarily hurtful comments to the mods is also strongly encouraged!

5. All prompts are flexible and open to interpretation!

Get creative with it. Switch it up with a pun or play on words. Honor your own nail art intuition. If your region, season, religion, holiday, or other creative urges get you to interpret a week's theme differently than expected, please still share your substitution or unique take on the theme!

Challenge on Instagram

You can also join us on Instagram by following @laqueristachallenge and tagging your nails with #laqueristachallenge.

Each week also has a specific tag. "Rlcw" plus the number of the week. For example, week 23 is #rlcw23 for Reddit Laquerista Challenge Week 23.

Your tagged nails tagged could be featured – with credit of course!
